The East End of the Furniture

About a hundred years ago, if

you were to walk west on Lake

Street and around the Company

Store, you would see this

passenger car on a siding next to

the waiting room.

Sorenson Station was located near the west line of Pleasanton and Arcadia townships. Byron

Burmeister operated the buying station with George E. Iverson as his agent and later partner. --

by Byron Burmeister and

managed by George Iverson. It

was located along the A&BRR

about ten miles east of Arcadia

just west of the stop at Glovers

Lake.
